Senior DX Data Product Manager

The Senior DX Data Product Manager is responsible for driving and leading organization execution with product managers. By collaborating with multiple markets, the Senior DX Data Product Manager will understand and implement individual market needs as well as the needs of the Global Diagnostics organization.

The Senior DX Data Product Manager will have an organization-wide strategic view and lead with a building, designing, and collaborating mindset, developing a comprehensive understanding of the Zoetis Diagnostic portfolio, and the growth strategy. This candidate will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing customer-behavioral and back-office system data including utilization of diagnostic products, product performance, and product growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with shareholders and other data product managers to understand the department needs regarding data reporting.
  • Create user stories, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
  • Create the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and other data product managers, track progress against the roadmap and build enhancements over time.
  • Manage expectations of stakeholders as per the capabilities, capacities, and constraints of the product roadmap.
  • Develop dashboards based on specific market and organization requirements.
  • Analyze diagnostic data to help the Global Diagnostics organization make informed decisions about product usage, performance, and our customers.
  • Own and drive priorities to ensure initiatives are achieving schedule and milestone targets with predictability.
  • Delivers timely and accurate reporting and insight analysis to the Global Diagnostics Organization.
  • Design and track key performance indicators.
  • Balance commercial, technical, operational, and strategic issues to inform product improvements.
  • Align with other product managers when needed to assess product performance and collaboration opportunities.
  • Lead and manage the development and release of new products through the application of a stage-gate process and agile methodologies to achieve timely product release.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, statistics, business analytics, computing, or related field or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

  • 3-5+ years as a product manager, with a focus on data.
  • Proven project management experience
  • Strong and demonstratable skills in stakeholder management with ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must have experience with business analysis and data analysis.
  • PL/SQL, SAS and other application programming and preparation of professional documentation
  • Experience in regression analysis, trending, and insight generation using analytical tools across different data sets
  • Advanced Excel, Access, and word processing skills, working knowledge of database programming, report generation and dashboard automation
  • Ability to navigate CRM system information, extract data to combine customer information across data sets.
