As our Financial Analyst you will help MISO's Enterprise Project Management Organization (ePMO) evaluate and analyze all projects enabling successful project delivery that will support MISO and its members in meeting their strategic objectives and goals.

As the Financial Analyst you will support project management across the enterprise through MISO's internal corporate governance by evaluating project schedules, supporting the corporate project management toolset, and creating and communicating corporate training materials on new functionality or processes. You must be able to lead and support the project management lifecycle from planning through implementation on projects across the organization.

You will also provide financial analyses, process improvement methods, and conceptual expertise.

If you're a self-starter with the ability to connect the dots with a big picture perspective, this role is for you. As the Financial Analyst you are not solely working in finance, this role reaches across the organization-inclusive of executive interface.

In one year as our Financial Analyst, you will know you were successful if you proactively and routinely provide portfolio and project level assessment, guidance, and recommendations by fostering collaborative relationships across the enterprise by leveraging business partnerships, understanding business partners objectives, goals, and sound data analysis.

We are looking for talented professionals who have:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field.

* Six years of relevant work, required

* Budgeting and forecasting experience preferred

We would also prefer candidates with the following:

* Experience with Enterprise software and tools related to Project Management and resource scheduling and tracking a plus.

Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
