The Student Success Platform Manager (SSPM) works with academic and administrative business units on the strategic direction, management, and support of academic rigor, student outcomes, and student experience. The SSPM assists the business units to efficiently and effectively manage operations of the IT hardware and software requirements for the delivery of the advising and learning services. This incorporates responsibilities for reporting, data management and quality assurance of all interactions with students throughout academic program progression.This position offers a flexible work arrangement with the opportunity to work remote part of the week.
