As a Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist on our team, you will play a major role in improving public health. Specifically, you'll be leading improvement projects to increase the speed of processes and productivity of staff. You'll be leveraging data and technology to solve problems and/or improve processes. In addition, you will be working as part of the CI team, supporting all CI initiatives and recommending changes to ensure alignment with company goals.

Our ideal candidate brings a bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 2 years' experience in process oriented or project management roles. Familiarity with lean methodologies or prior participation with Six Sigma or Kaizen events would be a huge plus. If you are self-motivated, tenacious, and have the ability to communicate across teams to drive results, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Please note: This is a hybrid role that will require the selected candidate to come into the Puyallup, WA office 3 days per week. For this reason, we are only seeking candidates who live within a commutable distance to our office.
