Total Rewards Analyst

The Total Rewards Analyst contributes to the development, implementation, and administration of total reward programs. Works with managers and HR partners in the application of total rewards solutions, with a focus on Compensation. Conducts analysis and interpretation of GEHA reward programs to include compensation, benefits and employee wellbeing. Works with the employees and vendors to resolve issues while administering total reward programs. Contributes to process improvement to continuously improve efficiency and customer service. Supports large projects and leads projects in support of annual business goals.

The annual base salary range for this position is $67,877 - $95,034 USD. SKILLS
  • Leads the analysis to ensure we are competitive with market. Develop recommendations to close any identified gaps. Leads the completion of salary and benefits surveys.

  • Work with managers and HR partners to develop and implement compensation solutions, provide guidance on labor market and internal equity.

  • Play a role in the development and execution of key compensation / total rewards processes. Contributes to and may lead planning, communication, execution and evaluation.

  • Develop tools and resources to increase efficiency and consistency of total rewards processes

  • Identify and implement process improvements to ensure programs are being administered as efficiently as possible.

  • Partners to ensure compliance for total rewards, including minimum wage law changes, benefit legislation, etc. Provides support in documentation and notices, benefit audits, equity studies, etc.

  • Ensure employee communications are up to date and information is easy to find. Maintain updated library of benefits and compensation materials on SharePoint. Partner with communications team to ensure timely review and distribution of communication materials

  • Conducts new hire orientations (virtual and live classroom) and designs updates to content as necessary.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of education

  • Requires 4 plus years of compensation or benefits design and administration experience (or equivalent) with demonstrated expertise in one major area of total rewards (H&W, retirement, compensation (base and variable) and experience in other elements of total rewards

  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; demonstrated experience in consulting with and influencing HR business partners and business leaders in the organization

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HRIS
