The Total Rewards Analyst contributes to the development, implementation, and administration of total reward programs. Works with managers and HR partners in the application of total rewards solutions, with a focus on Compensation. Conducts analysis and interpretation of GEHA reward programs to include compensation, benefits and employee wellbeing. Works with the employees and vendors to resolve issues while administering total reward programs. Contributes to process improvement to continuously improve efficiency and customer service. Supports large projects and leads projects in support of annual business goals.Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. GEHA considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer. The annual base salary range for this position is $67,877 - $95,034 USD. SKILLS
