Operations Manager (Flex Work Schedule)

As an Operations Manager on our team, you will provide day-to-day leadership to a team of Operations Specialists while ensuring that both quality and turn-around time (TAT) expectations are met. You will use your strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with the team, encourage collaboration, and create a positive work environment. Through your team's work, you will be protecting the rights and welfare of human research participants during all phases of clinical trials. What could be more exciting than that?

If you have 3+ years of experience successfully leading a team in a metrics-driven environment and enjoy delivering excellent service to clients, you may have what it takes to thrive in this position.

Please note: This manager will work 3 days per week in our offices based in Puyallup, WA or Cary, NC so we are only seeking candidates who live within a commutable distance to our office.
