FP&A, Manager Data Analytics (Remote)

JOB SUMMARY: FP&A, Manager Data Analytics is responsible for driving automation of processes and reporting within the Finance function. This role will leverage and connect multiple financial and operational systems, while communicating the story through dynamic reporting and dashboarding. This position is hands-on and requires critical-thinking, a focus on processes and being outcome driven.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior M&A experience working with data from disparate systems
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience implementing, owning or maintaining data visualization tools, dashboarding and reporting processes; PowerBI experience is preferred
  • Proven experience in leveraging financial reporting systems; experience in Workday Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, and other reporting systems is preferred
  • Experience in detailed budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, financial reporting, KPI and dashboard reporting
  • Experience designing and building new processes and procedures
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience working with senior leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to follow established policies
  • Must be able to influence decisions through clear, data-driven analysis and cogent presentation
  • Must be able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment and adapt to change
  • Experience presenting financial information to groups

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.

  • Lead cross-functional projects involving advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
  • Develop and/or implement BI tools for data extraction, management, and manipulation of large and complex data sets across multiple reporting and operating systems
  • Serve as the utilization SME for NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Salesforce, and other internal operational and reporting systems to identify and develop reporting, insights, and analytics
  • Evolve WCG's reporting and analytics with a focus on automation, efficiency, and driving actionable insights
  • Provide Support to:
    Business Development
    • Coordinate with BD leadership to provide dynamic insights into sales performance, win/loss reporting, and pipeline analysis and forecasting
    • Develop and maintain reporting and analytics on customer trends, segmentation, and cross-sell history and opportunities
    • Provide actionable insights to drive sales performance and improve forecasting accuracy
  • Revenue Operations and FP&A
    • Partner with divisional finance teams to develop and improve key performance indicators, analyze revenue conversion trends to support forecasting improvements
  • Corporate Enterprise-Wide Reporting
    • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for internal reporting packages and Board and Lender reporting
  • Support the operation and maintenance of the Company's financial reporting tools
  • May indirectly support or lead others through project assignments
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here
