VP - Business Development Reporting to the SVP - Sales, the VP of Business Development is responsible for top line revenue generation with regional and national health plans, ACOs and other risk-bearing entities, selling to both commercial and Medicare Advantage payers. You wil leverage the current momentum to continue to expand CareCentrix's business model into government paid programs, as they continue to grow their enrollment and subsequent need for better post-acute management. An expert with a track record in strategizing and closing large, complex, multi-million dollar deals. As the VP of Business Development you will be a subject matter expert, consultant, and thought partner to payers as it relates to care coordination and the pathway to care after an acute episode, with a focus on getting the patient home. You will develop a comprehensive business development strategy with new and potential clients, to identify services and solutions that best fit the client's needs, challenges, and goals. Understand the complexity and nuances of cultivating long term relationships with clients while identifying and executing the ideal path towards generating a partnership and/or potential revenue. To achieve this, the VP of Business Development may strategically propose customized solutions, pilot programs, joint ventures, or partnerships to land and sell RFPs while cultivating the trust of new and potential clients. You will be skilled in the nuances of contract negotiation, including structuring and pricing to build and close deals. As the VP of Business Development you will be an expert at internal collaboration and works across the entire CareCentrix organization, particularly with the Product and Business Development team, from the C-Suite to day-to-day procurement leads to communicate and collaborate the best strategy to efficiently achieve, manage, and increase deals and implementation of services with new and potential clients, while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will appropriately identify and communicate investment opportunities, product, pricing, and/or service enhancements to key stakeholders, that are in the best interest of the firm and based on short and long term strategic thinking, market intelligence, customer feedback, and a deep understanding of healthcare analytics, post-acute care, and the home benefit management space.
