Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

We'll be looking to you to oversee the planning, designing and executing our internal audit activities within our global money transfer business. You will be responsible for evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal controls & frameworks and report on these findings to senior management with your recommendations. You will work closely with senior members of the audit team to evaluate the business risk and our regulatory objectives and assist in developing the audit plan. You will also perform audits. From your finding, you will collaborate with different business partners to establish remedial actions from the issues you have identified.

For such a detail-oriented role, we like you to have experience in auditing either within a financial services company or an accounting firm. Being a qualified accountant or qualified auditor in ACA, CPA or equivalent would be an asset. You must have exceptional analytical skills with a strong focus on business risk. The role requires a team player, therefore a good ability to work with others and build strong relationships with stakeholders is vital. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable, as well as Spanish a plus.

The annual gross base salary range is $54,875.80 - $87,800.02 This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
