Job Summary:

The Assistance Center Business Operations Manager will be responsible for consolidating all operational and performance management activity across the assistance center footprint to ensure consistency of actions, delivery, communications, and invoicing. The position will also support Assistance Center Operations managers through best practice benchmarking and data analysis as well as managing cross functional improvement projects.This position is a permanent remote home-based worker. Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States. This position is eligible for a monthly connectivity reimbursement to offset the costs of internet and phone expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates solid business knowledge, leadership, and strategic vision.
  • Takes an integrated approach to ensure initiatives align to the Company determined growth and profit goals.
  • Formulates and/or contributes to formulation of strategies to achieve plan objectives.
  • Leads the development/design of new plans, programs and processes.
  • Provides support in removing barriers to cooperative efforts with teams across functions.
  • Assists in driving results through the development of effective relationships with cross functional leadership.
  • Analyzes statistical data as it relates to programs, projects and processes and provides action alternatives for improvement as appropriate.
  • Develops communication strategies and materials to support new plans, programs, or processes.
  • Enables leadership efforts for continuous improvements with processes & programs.
  • Helps present business cases and influences others to take recommended actions.
  • Analyzes data and makes business interpretations to drive decisions, improve processes and identify needs and opportunities for assistance center operations teams (quality, training, and operations management).
  • Drives projects of critical importance to support organizational objectives and ensure successful completion of projects across operations management team.
  • Invoice coding and approval submission with relevant documentary evidence.
  • Gathers and analyzes operational support requirements to work with Data and Analytics to ensure appropriate reporting and access is in place to manage compliance.
  • Utilizes data to validate invoicing, ensure constancy across suppliers using agreed single source of invoicing truth.
  • Trains peers and colleagues on data and reporting.
  • Analyzes data and makes business interpretations to drive decisions, improve processes and identify needs and opportunities for the operations management team.
  • Continuous performance results monitoring, and trend analysis aimed at identifying performance and compliance gaps, to be addressed by supplier managers.
  • Establishment and maintenance of central reporting site, tracking performance combined with headcount (one-stop overview).
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 or more years of related experience
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, and intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Tableau experience

  • Advanced relationship skills with the ability to communicate proactively and consistently with multiple business areas at all levels across the enterprise
  • Supports development of value realization activity through consultation regarding current performance opportunities and potential efficiency gains though process and/ or technology improvements
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to inform and influence upward, across functions and externally
  • Strong analytical and data management skills

Compensation offered for this role is$90,000.00-$116,700.00 per yearand is based on experience and qualifications.
