Our solutions automate key processes - from anti-money laundering to fraud detection to CECL readiness to lending workflows - empowering our customers by addressing their Enterprise Risk Management needs.

Abrigo is looking for a Consultant to join the Client Education team, reporting to the Manager of Client Education. The primary responsibility is training end users at our clients, which are generally community financial institutions. The portfolio risk consultant provides the final component of a successful software implementation by ensuring end users know how to use the products that they purchased effectively and efficiently. Trainings by consultants may be conducted virtually, in-person, or a combination of both, depending on the product mix and client needs. This position will be remote or office based in Raleigh, NC or Austin, TX.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct end user training virtually and in person for multiple Abrigo products.
  • Meet requirements to demonstrate software proficiency within specified 30-60-90 day onboarding plans.
  • Communicate to clients how software usage supports their overall business needs.
  • Contribute to and maintain various training materials.
  • Complete all follow-up activities associated with each training session.
  • Train internal staff on Abrigo products as needed.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience training SaaS products or 5 years of bank portfolio risk experience
  • Willingness to travel domestically 30% of the time
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in person, virtually, and in writing.
  • Demonstrated customer service mentality.
  • Proven ability to learn new software programs quickly.
  • Strong troubleshooting, reasoning and problem solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience.
