That's why we're looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Financial, Planning and Analysis team as a Senior FP&A Associate/Finance Tech Liaison who will serve as the primary liaison between our Tech and Finance departments. This position will partner with leadership in the Finance, Technology, Procurement, and Product areas within GEICO, with a focus on understanding technology funding, developing financial forecasts, and assisting in critical technology investment decisions. This position requires in depth financial knowledge, including critical FP&A concepts such as driver-based forecasting and predictive modeling, an understanding of basic tech organizational structure and the agile framework, and very strong analytical and communications skills. The work product is directed towards senior leadership so as the Finance Tech Liaison working directly with the Director of FP&A, you will have frequent interactions with the CFO, CIO, and other Tech and Business leaders.
