We seek an experienced Project Team Lead (PTL). During the first year, your goals will include:



    • Partner with key cross-functional team leads to refine the overall vision and strategy for our programs
    • Promote a culture of innovation within Project Teams in order to bring forward creative development plans that maximize the potential of the drug candidates
    • Coordinate closely with all cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, effective and seamless development of our programs
    • Lead cross-functional strategy with a broad focus (HCPs, Payers, Therapeutic Experts, Patients)
    • Work with key internal and external partners
    • Build and update market landscape assessments across disease areas/indications to inform program strategy
    • Own program budgets and manage resources
    • Ensure continued monitoring and tracking of the project(s) against approved timelines, portfolio prioritization and adhering to team objectives and deliverables in collaboration with project managers



We'd love to hear from you if:



    • You have a minimum of 10+ years of team leadership experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, with therapeutic area experience in neurology or rare diseases
    • You have at least 1+ years of prior Project Team Leadership (PTL) experience
    • You have a strong scientific and strategic background, minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in the Sciences (advanced degree preferred)
    • You take pride in being persistent, self-motivated, and efficient
    • You thrive in an environment where we work independently and on teams
    • You demonstrate a track record of being a fast learner and troubleshooting independently
    • You have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop important relationships and can translate strategy into action
    • You have a point of view but are low ego
