Overview American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), located in Washington, DC, is a membership organization dedicated to improve the lives of all people seeking obstetric and gynecologic care, their families, and communities is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop, design, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for the organization. They will be responsible for positively positioning ACOG so that qualified recruits pursue opportunities with the organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will create accurate and compelling recruitment programs and materials based on the needs of the organization. Cover Letter Required Responsibilities
Responsible to execute full-cycle recruitment including identifying, sourcing, and engaging both passive and active candidates through creative and innovative recruitment tactics.
