Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Applications Systems Specialist.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze work orders

• Prepare and process data through postal cleansing

• Program and set-up variables templates in Quadient Inspire

• Process proofing and production files

• Quality check work for all jobs, including jobs worked by others on the team

• Knows fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of field of specialization.

• Performs assigned jobs using established procedures for job completion while working under direct supervision.

• Can read, understand complex standard requirement artifacts, requirement matrices, and process maps.

• Must be able to work extended hours on short notice.

You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• 1+ years of relevant working experience with setting up variable data templates, proofing and production file creation..

• Experience with communication of concepts to technical and non-technical staff.

• Capacity to effectively handle multiple technical roles in a complex environment.

• Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, organize and plan work to satisfy established timeframes.

• Adobe Creative Suite, Quadient Inspire or other variable merge software, Text Editor (Notepad ++)

• C, C# programming, SQL database management

• Experience with multi-tasking, multi-processing fast paced IT environment is a plus

• Ability to work in a deadline-driven workplace

• Demonstrated knowledge of process flow

• Some knowledge of C, C#, JavaScript, SQL required

• Knowledge of Composition tools such as Quadient Inspire, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
