Position: Digital Production Associate

Reporting To: Digital Marketing Director
Overview:
Advisors Excel is looking for a Digital Production Associate to join our thriving Digital Marketing Team. This position sits within our wildly talented Creative Service Division - our in-house ad-agency that provides marketing support and digital services to elevate our clients' business! Alongside the Digital Specialists, this role will primarily launch and manage semi-custom, paid digital campaigns.
What you'll do:
- Implement pre-constructed, semi-custom digital campaigns for financial advisors on Facebook, Google and other digital platforms
- Manage all implemented accounts, adjusting and updating to ensure the success of all digital campaigns
- Provide reporting on all managed accounts to the appropriate stakeholders
- Assist in coaching clients on digital marketing strategies with the ability to act as a subject matter expert in multichannel marketing, web and email marketing
- Other duties as assigned
Experience you'll bring:
- Experience with paid digital platforms such as Facebook or Google
- Willingness to learn digital marketing and reporting best practices
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt and learn new things
- Firm grasp of software platforms, such as the Office 365 Suite and the Adobe Suite
- Individual who is organized, self-motivated, results-driven and a team player
- Customer service minded with the ability to tell a story and assist in coaching clients on digital marketing strategy
Bonus Points:
- Previous experience in managing digital marketing accounts for clients
- 1-3 years specific experience within an ad agency
- Proven experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Optimize
