Overview American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), located in Washington, DC, is a membership organization dedicated to improve the lives of all people seeking obstetric and gynecologic care, their families, and communities is currently seeking a Program Specialist.The Program Specialist will support the program daily operations, programmatic initiatives, administrative logistics, and events and activities. Responsible for networking and collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment with programs mission, goals, and objectives. Oversee document and resource review and development related to grant activities, reporting, and deliverables. Assist with the evaluation and development of program initiatives to promote program growth. Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Support content development for program webpage(s) and or social media platforms if applicable. Cover Letter Required Responsibilities
Provide administrative support including but not limited to transcribing, proofreading, finalizing and distributing correspondence and meeting minutes; maintaining files for multiple projects; maintaining record of program budget expenditures and processing bills, invoices and travel requests; copying correspondence and documents; coordinating mailings; ordering supplies.
