Your Opportunity: Navitor Midwest, a branch of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a new Account Manager to join the team! In this position, you will be a partner to our customers to assist with their needs and increase their satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts.

• Increase customer satisfaction and retention.

• Resolve customer issues/problems, research and make recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications to increase sales.

• May assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, quotes or negotiations.

You Must Have:

• Strong written and verbal communications skills.

• Experience working with Microsoft products.

• 4 year degree education or equivalent in work-related experience.

• Strong customer service experience.
