About this Position:

This position is responsible for supporting American Honda's Immigration/visa sponsorship process and the deployment of associates on domestic/international assignments.

Responsibilities include:



  • Update & maintain the status report of open 'cases' and or inquiries to provide regular updates to the Immigration Specialist and stakeholders
  • Collect and organize necessary information from associates and or managers to process non-immigrant and immigrant visa application
  • Track job posting status (physical and electronic notice required)
  • Review and administer relocation policies with new hires and existing associates for both domestic and international relocation/assignment
  • Respond to associate/department questions
  • Support scheduling "Town Hall Meetings" related to Honda's Immigration/Sponsorship activity/updates to process and or policy
  • Monitor and provide suggestions to update policies as needed
  • Oversee vendor services provided and ensure quality, cost, and delivery of services
  • Project support, as needed


Who we are seeking:

Required Work Experience:



  • 2+ years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition
  • Experience handling confidential information
  • Experience with immigration/Visa sponsorship strongly preferred



Required Education:



  • Highschool diploma

  • Strong communication & customer service skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
