John Crane Diamond (JCD) is a growing company that provides diamond solutions to a wide range of customers. Our ability to manipulate the natural properties of diamond in unique ways provides benefits across applications in the industrial, electronics, and water treatment markets. Our recent acquisition by John Crane Inc. is driving accelerated growth and we are looking to expand our team quickly.

John Crane Diamond (JCD) is looking for an experienced & versatile Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. Our Operators are cross trained to provide them with a diverse skill set that is used across multiple product lines.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Follow detailed work instructions & processes to insure high quality product
  • Accurate data entry and attention to detail
  • Maintain an organized and clean work environment
  • Become proficient in all operator roles
  • Manage daily assigned tasks to assure completion each shift
  • Meet or exceed goals and contribute to improving overall company metrics
  • Become an active member of our manufacturing team helping to drive continuous improvement
  • Gain full working knowledge of an intricate set of production tools (metrology, CVD reactors, lab equipment, etc.)
