As Security Architecture Lead, you will focus on developing detailed architectures, patterns, and strategies for the effective deployment of cyber security across Capital Group on-premises and cloud environments. Working closely with Capital Group application development and IT engineering teams, you will build a strong culture of security into the applications, systems, and technical solutions we deploy across the company. You are a highly resourceful, self-driven individual with the ability to partner, execute, and lead through influence and experience, continually promoting a Security-By-Design mindset across the firm. You will apply in-depth understanding of security and technology risks to develop a robust security architecture that works to support the business objective and growth of Capital Group in the future. Southern California Base Salary Range: $184,252-$313,228 San Antonio Base Salary Range: $165,933-$282,086 San Francisco Base Salary Range: $203,168-$345,386 New York Base Salary Range: $195,333-$332,066 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
