Your Opportunity:

Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor company, is looking for a Direct Mail Equipment Operator (Inserter/Inkjet) to be responsible for performing all cutting, stitching and folding tasks involved in the production of our products created in our Fridley, MN facility!

Your Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

Your Responsibilities:

• Set up and run assigned equipment as defined by job ticket
• Load and unload equipment with product
• Recognize and react to problems with equipment, make adjustments as required
• Adjust equipment during production run, as required
• Read and interpret information from the bindery paperwork; planning sheets, layouts, dylux, and job ticket
• Complete tasks as directed by production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
• Utilize instructions and pre-established process and quality guidelines to perform the functions of the job
• Examine finished products for quality assurance

You Must Have:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic bindery knowledge and skills to operate bindery equipment
• Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, short correspondence, and follow directions
• Ability to perform basic math calculations

We Would Also Prefer:

• Mechanical aptitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience operating folding equipment
