Job Purpose: The Systems Analyst will work as a member of an engineering/analyst team within our Healthcare Applications group to support the Electronic Health Record and related systems. This role will interface cross-departmentally within the organization to provide software support and identify opportunities for improvement with both backend and frontend expertise. Goals and Objectives: Demonstrate technical and analytical expertise in support of the organization's Electronic Health Record and integrated healthcare systems Work collaboratively with analysts, engineers, stakeholders, and venders to maintain complex healthcare systems Reporting Relationships: Title of position to whom this job reports: Healthcare Applications Manager These positions report to this job: None Duties and Responsibilities: Perform targeted systems analysis in support of the organization's Electronic Health Record and integrated systems Configure application settings within production and development environments Build knowledge base and document detailed technical requirements for applications, procedures, and processes Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to identify business, system, and process improvement opportunities Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize assigned projects including but not limited to requirements gathering, data collection and analysis, investigation, testing, and implementation Provide application and process subject matter expertise for business partners and technical resources Contribute to sprint planning, daily standup, and other team activities as a member of a scrum team Ability to plan for future while maintaining current delivery timelines with rapidly changing priorities Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee Key Technical Skills and Knowledge: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 1-3 years business and/or application analyst experience 1-3 years data and reporting experience, including SQL knowledge Process improvement experience a plus Healthcare experience a plus Salary: $70k - $77k
