Role Overview


The DPS Lead will be responsible for driving the success of a team of approximately 7 analysts and processes related to the maintenance of client policy in DPS and improvement of customer expense automation results. The candidate will be open-minded and listen to ideas from the team and internal business partners to improve processes related to DPS and Rules. Understanding the vision of DPS and automation, the candidate will proactively seek solutions to obstacles faced by the team and the organization.

**In response to the COVID-19 pandemic all interviews are being conducted virtually.

If selected for an in-office position, you will work remotely while BGRS operates under mandatory telework.

What You'll Be Doing



  • Delegate Zendesk requests to the team
  • Train backups on Zendesk request delegation
  • Handle and resolve complex Zendesk tickets as well as any escalations
  • Manage the reporting from Zendesk and analyze the data to make recommendations to the Manager based on trends (i.e. response rates, continuous errors, etc.)
  • Partner with the Manager on working with the business to obtain clarity on any questions from the Zendesk analysis
  • Assist with creation and maintenance of training material for the team
  • Manage the process for regular maintenance of the policy updates
  • Identify, develop and document internal process improvements
  • Analyze, research, and partner with applicable teams to improve customer expense automation
  • Drive continuous improvement and data-driven solutions by leveraging SQL experience to resolve issues and create efficiencies in the system
  • Lead and mentor the team
  • Manage individual performance including day-to-day guidance and support, consistent one-on-ones, training/development needs and the preparation of performance appraisals


What You Bring to BGRS



  • 2+ years college with focus on Data Analysis preferred
  • 2+ years experience in accounting, auditing, control process
  • Evidence of strong leadership skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Conceptual thinking skills
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a high volume transactional based environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Advanced Excel required
  • Experience with SQL Highly Desired
