POSITION SUMMARY The Manager of Curriculum Coordination & Academic Operations provides direct oversight over internal and external curriculum management, supervises designated staff, and facilitates effective leadership of the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system as it pertains to curriculum management and the academic functions of the college. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Maintain official college course master file and ensure that all courses offered have been approved by ICCB. Alert appropriate administrator(s) of any issues. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1. Bachelor's degree; or in lieu of Bachelor's Degree, must have Associate's Degree or equivalent, plus 5 years of curriculum development/management experience. 2. Three (3) years of experience in a relevant academic environment. 3. Strong computer software and applications skills. 4. Familiarity with ERP development and maintenance. 5. Experience with database maintenance. 6. Project management experience and independent problem-solving skills. 7. Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills. 8.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities. 9. Must be detail-oriented with special attention to accuracy. 10. Ability to develop and maintain effective and constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 11. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with other members of the college and community, displaying cultural competence as well as emotional intelligence. 12. Demonstrated commitment to the college's core values of respect, integrity, collaboration, humor and well-being, innovation and quality. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1. Master's degree. 2. Five (5) years of higher education experience related to curriculum development/management in addition to higher education teaching experience and or academic administrative experience. 3. Demonstrated multicultural competence. 4. English and Spanish verbal and written communication proficiency. PHYSICAL DEMANDS 1. Normal office physical demands. 2. Ability to travel between campus locations and to and from community events. WORKING CONDITIONS 1. Duties are performed indoors in the usual office environment.
