Overview

The Account Coordinator is an internal facing position who supports the Account Management team by resolving issues, co-managing projects, and performing necessary tasks as needed. This position focuses on following our internal business processes to execute on client benefit changes. This position performs triage on operational and process improvement initiatives that contribute to the overall success and satisfaction of the assigned clients.



Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Work with CareCentrix departments to work on the clients operational requests
  • Serve as the expert on the client's set up, inclusive of benefit plan designs, translating knowledge to internal counterparts
  • Develop project plans, issue logs, risk logs, and communicates status of the tasks to the internal teams
  • Effectively manage and communicate progress on project initiatives; including capturing meeting minutes, creating agendas, identifying and articulating issues & risks, reporting on progress to date and maintaining a detailed and current project plan for team members
  • Research operational, technical and functional client issues as they arise. Research client issues, assessing root cause and works to resolution.

Travel:

Up to 10%



Qualifications

You should reach out if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Health Care Services along with some experience in client/customer service or in health care.
  • Account/client and operational knowledge in order to complete assigned work and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Other qualifications include: Process-driven and organized thinker and doer
  • Proven ability and desire to work in a matrix organization
  • Proven project management skills
  • Excellent team player, interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills to bring client issues to resolution
  • Knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Project Manager and Power Point).
