POSITION SUMMARY

Our new graphic design position has been created to help bring our marketing plans and brand to life in predominately digital and sales enablement executions. This individual will help us create innovative, multi-channel campaigns using design best practices in web, email, and social channels designed to draw in customers and elevate our brand. This position will also be instrumental in helping SIRVA's brand maintain consistent expression through advertising, sales materials, and customer communications and their appropriate delivery channels. This mission critical role will influence brand evolution strategy where the need arises, and work to create a visual library for SIRVA and its subsidiary brands to use for maximum scale. While a lot of this work is digital in nature, this individual will also need comfort in presentations and traditional advertising layouts as our marketing sophistication evolves.
This person will have experience working in B2B organizations, bringing their brand and message to life. Additional experience with consumer brands, multi-branded organizations, or digital advertising campaigns a plus.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

75% Graphic Design:
* Deliver world class marketing assets to assist in new business development efforts (yes, this probably means some PowerPoint)
* Design and deliver landing pages designed to convert web visitors into an appropriate lead capture mechanism (form fills, button clicks, information share)
* Create a scalable model for sales enablement materials that provides flexibility for specific audience adaptation, but maintains a strong brand identity and visual consistency
* Adapt written content like white papers or survey results into compelling visuals, either through interesting infographics or strong layout techniques
* Provide design support for event marketing, email marketing, and advertising teams
* Provide design support for executive leadership, working with the Chief Marketing Officer on critical internal and external communications.

15% Concept Development:
* Bring interesting and innovative messaging ideas to go-to-market teams to help adapt and evolve the positioning and branding for SIRVA, globally
* Help design and create campaign pitches to senior leadership for key market opportunities
* Assist with product and product marketing teams to be an internal 'design best practice' subject matter expert to inform good visual experiences that support our ideal customer journey.

10% Brand Strategy:
* Helps expand the brand guidelines to include new channels as they are brought online in our Go to Market plans
* Helps senior leadership communicate marketing's impact to critical business KPIs
* Work with outside agencies to help ensure Brand adherence / governance

QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS
* 5-8 years of design experience in a B2B organization or agency
* Strong digital design capability for email, display, and social advertising channels
* Strong web design principals to inform landing page design best practices
* Expert with modern design tools, Adobe Suite and Figma
* Understanding of nuances for digital execution to meet technical delivery parameters
