Why this role?

As Renewal Manager - ClearanceJobs Small Business you'll establish, maintain and grow relationships with existing ClearanceJobs small market staffing and recruiting clients, along with commercial clients to achieve maximum revenue potential.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:



  • Renewing annual current client contracts, specifically focusing on a client base of small business clients spending < $9K/Year
  • Selling new products to active clients and expand current spend at renewal time
  • Establishing and cultivating key relationships via telephone and through web meetings
  • Contacting assigned accounts to maintain and generate continued sales of ClearanceJobs services
  • Working and converting any incoming leads at an established closed ratio
  • Attaining established goals (KPI's and target) set by self and direct manager


For this role, we're requiring:

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities



  • Account Management/building relationships mind set with an ability to sell solutions to customers
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong knowledge Microsoft Office products and experience with a CRM system


Education, Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related filed or equivalent proven experience
  • Two plus years of proven sales ability/experience


Compensation

Base salary/pay plus commissions of $80,000 - $120,000 per year at 100% of plan targets. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
