What You Will Do
This role provides Operations support to the Senior Leader of Cisco CX Lifecycle Solutions. We are looking for a skilled professional with a mix of business acumen, interpersonal and communications skills who will work across a dynamic team and learn about the many facets of Cisco's Global Customer Experience organization.
*Support the Senior Leader of CX Lifecycle Solutions and be flexible to work around his/her schedule; define and drive the operating rhythm (cadence, content and logistics for business, operational, and strategic reviews)
*Partner with the leadership team to align and execute against the CX Lifecycle Solutions vision & charter. Utilize operational and organizational effectiveness frameworks to help structure the team's thinking, drive transparency, facilitate cross-functional alignment and strategic decisions to facilitate accelerated and seamless execution.
*Partner with Finance on financial strategy, budget & headcount planning and drive effective spend management and forward-looking fiscal budget planning.
*Drive key initiatives, cross organizational program management and change management.
*Develop and manage critical metrics to measure execution against organizational priorities
*Partner closely with P&C to provide insight on global talent planning, and drive an inclusive culture
*Build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels to drive influence
Who You'll Work With
You will operate effectively across a matrix organization that spans CX globally, with a strong focus on CX Lifecycle Solutions, various strategic teams within ONEx, Finance, People and Communities, etc.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
*8+ years of experience in leading strategy, planning and operations functions
*Ability to work with & guide a senior leader and their management team
*Attention to detail and ability to execute against tight timelines
*Strong operational and organizational skills
Desired Skills
*Leadership in tackling multiple, complex issues
*Understanding of software lifecycle, SaaS business models is preferred
*Work cross-functionally in a matrix organization
*Planning and budget experience
*Enjoys working in a fast-paced, changing environment
*Strong influencing, communication, and facilitation skills
*MBA preferred but not required
