Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified Home Care Manager to manage the day to day functions of the customer service and warranty administrative operations including coordination of all clerical responsibilities. This position is responsible for insuring that Richmond American Homes is presented in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

Prepare and distribute a variety of Warranty reports using Enterprise 1, Excel, and Microsoft Word. Ensure that RAH is represented in a professional manner.
• Perform quality control walks and orientations.
• Responsible for scheduling work site appointments with trade partners as needed and verifying completion of warranty work.
• Responsible for handling escalated customer service issues to help ensure customer satisfaction.
• May work with others to expedite problem-solving. Manage and/or create office procedures with regards to Warranty Service Requests and all paperwork procedures.

Additionally, this role requires excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.

Requirements

Experience in Homebuilding, Construction or Retail related customer service is desired. Customer Service skills and new home warranty experience necessary. Management experience preferred. Knowledge of construction vocabulary necessary.
