The Opportunity

The Marketing Automation Specialist is a fully remote position within our Marketing and Research Center (MaRC) and will be responsible for the development, execution, and reporting of marketing programs in Salesforce Pardot in support of all Berkadia business units.



  • Responsible for end-to-end campaign management of multiple programs including campaign setup, segmentation, and scheduling
  • Design and build automated marketing flows and campaigns in Salesforce Pardot
  • A/B test campaigns and content, report on progress and optimize content based on valuable insights found in the analysis
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
  • Build, test, launch and optimize campaigns and program integrations including lead nurture, event promotion, ABM, data management, A/B testing
  • Increase efficiencies of email through process and automation improvements
  • Work as a key member of the email marketing team to ensure marketing best practices and processes are fully aligned, and that systems integrate and synchronize well with the systems and processes
  • Work with marketing leadership to achieve business objectives through email
  • Other duties as assigned


What you will need to be successful in this role



  • 3+ years' experience with marketing automation platforms, such as, Salesforce Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or equivalent required
  • 3+ years' experience planning and executing automaton campaigns required
  • Direct experience with Salesforce Pardot preferred
  • Experience in HTML and CSS
  • Experience working with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
  • Experience working on multiple email programs and enterprise-level marketing platform preferred
