Abrigo is seeking aCloud Architectto join our talented and dedicated development group as an integral part of building our next generation solutions and bringing simple solutions to complex banking problems to life. This position is a key role in our software engineering group. The perfect candidate is organized, self-motivated, is a master of their craft and success-oriented. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilledCloud Architectto help us leveragethe benefits of public cloud computingfor ourweb-based financial analysis applications.Specifically, we arelooking for someone to help lead our digital transformation from a hybrid on-premiseand private cloudhostingmodel intoan approach thatincludespublic cloud services and hostingfor existing and new applications.The position will require development work in a fast-paced environment at a rapidly growing company. The expectation for this individual is to not only execute but innovate at a high level. Ideal candidates must be passionate about software development. What You'll Do:

  • Analyze and evaluate our current architecture and solution set for cloud readiness and compatibility.
  • Develop adetailedroadmap, including high-level estimates,fortransformation of existing applications to be more cloud-compatibleand the addition of cloud-enabling features to our development pipeline.
  • Recommend opportunities for leveraging cloud hosting and cloud services for existing and new applicationsand implementing features suchas disaster recovery and high availability.
  • Provide expertise andrecommendationsondevelopment and deployment pipeline foraself-serveservice-oriented development architecture(CI/CD, infrastructure as code,containerization).
  • Build prototypes, functional code, and automated tests.
  • Take ownership of your work, and provide feedback in a fast-paced, interactive development cycle.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experiencebuilding web-basedapplications that leverage cloud technologies and services (AzureorAWS preferred)
  • Experienceevaluating legacy applications for cloud compatibility andleading cloud transformation efforts
  • Experience withdevelopment and CI/CD pipeline technologies associated with scalable service-oriented application development (Bamboo,Jenkins,Terraform, Docker preferred)
  • Experience with the following web technologies is preferred: AngularJS, Vue,NHibernate, C#, Java, ASP.NET, SQL.
  • Well-developedproblem-solvingskills; critical thinking and ability to weigh pros/cons of multiple options.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
