We collaborate with other diverse HR Professionals to ensure successful implementation of our HR programs. Our team coordinates and facilitates a variety of HR initiatives to support our associates so we can continue to build high quality products that contribute to the power of the Honda Brand!

Responsibilities include:



  • Act as subject matter expert in Human Resource initiatives, including performance management, organizational structure, and succession planning
  • Support associates with overall policy management, including revisions, communication, and interpretation
  • Partner with departments regarding implementation and reporting of business plan themes or initiatives that create associate impacts
  • Collect and analyze Human Resource data to identify trends and establish action plans to execute the company vision
  • Communicate company initiatives and projects to associates and management at every level
  • Provide support and resources to drive the development of current and future members of the Honda leadership team
  • Coordinate with Leave Administrator regarding policy adherence of associates' FMLA, Worker's Comp, and other leaves of absence
  • Conduct exit interviews for exempt and non-exempt associates and utilize feedback to understand trends to drive improvements across the organization
  • Act as Project Lead and Project Support for company initiatives
  • Manage and support associate internal movement process, including evaluation of documentation and ensuring alignment with company policies, budgets, etc.
  • Support legal team with court hearings and depositions


Who we are seeking:

Required Work Experience:



  • Six (6) years of equivalent, related job experience


Required Education:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, management, psychology, or other related field. SHRM-CP certified desired, but not required


Desired skills:



  • Working knowledge of Kronos, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PeopleSoft
  • Good analytical and presentation skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
