Are you on a mission to improve education? Macmillan Learning is seeking a dynamic and creative Business Development Manager to join our Enterprise Solutions team. The Business Development Manager, supports the growth of the Enterprise business units by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They are responsible for developing and executing strategies that help expand our client base, increase revenue, and stay ahead of the competition. The Business Development Manager applies a strong understanding of the industry and market trends, as well as a keen eye for identifying potential business opportunities. They work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop and test new business strategies and early stage product offerings. The Business Development Manager maintains close connections with potential partners and early adopter customers in order to refine new growth concepts and identify effective go-to-market strategies. Annual salary range: $80,000 - 110,000 Benefits Regular full-time and qualifying part-time employees and their dependents are eligible for Macmillan benefits, effective on the employee's date of hire.
