Responsible, dedicated Auditors help our clients to manage their systems and risks so they can improve their current and future performance. Join our global assessment team and be inspired by your work.

About the role

You'll perform a range of Food Sector scheme assessments as both a team member and on your own, ensuring that the visit is completed within agreed timescales. You will actively build strong external and internal client relationships. The outcome of your assessments will result in accurate, insightful reports that will be of real worth to our clients and meet the scheme expectations.

All the while, you'll be developing your technical knowledge and soft skills through formal training courses, and the opportunity to learn through peer coaching and mentoring from our auditors in the field. Over time you will build your assessment skills and technical expertise to be able to move to a Lead Auditor and beyond.

You will:



  • 2 years or more of industry experience within a Food Manufacturing environment preferably with internal audit and/or supplier audit experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in a Food or Biological science subject preferred.
  • Some exposure to management systems preferred, but not required
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of and applies the principles of client relationship management
  • Possess a high standard of personal presentation, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a flexible attitude.
  • Be able to travel throughout North America, and occasionally overseas if needed.
  • Be keenly focused on client service excellence.
  • Work safely and robustly implement health and safety rules, instructions, and systems. Refuse any work that compromises your safety or health.
  • Promptly report incidents including near miss and safety observations, accidents, and injuries. Flag any health and safety concerns with your line manager.
