Interact with our subscribers via email in order to:

- Consistently provide our subscribers with accurate, detailed information regarding our publications and subscription options.

- Update and manage subscriber accounts to ensure that the most up-to-date subscription preferences are accounted for.

- Maintain records of all correspondence with subscribers in order to effectively identify and analyze trends in product and service issues.

To succeed in this position, you must:

Have six months to 1 year of customer service experience.

- Excel in both written and oral communication and proficient in all MS Office applications.

- Demonstrate above-average degrees of independence, initiative, personal accountability and self-motivation
