We are searching for a Surgical Technologist to perform various duties including but not limited to: provide assistance to surgical team during the intra-operative phase, provide aseptic, safe, appropriately equipped and functional surgical environment. Responsible for OR preparation, instrument supply and assembly, maintenance of sterile fields, hands off instruments and initiation of counts throughout procedures. Perform Surgical Technologist duties including on-call duties as need or required.

$7500 new hire sign-on bonus for this position. (Rehires termed more than 1 year also eligible)




  • Hours: 40hrs

    Shift: Day Shift with call on the off-shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA


Education and/or Experience Requirements:



  • Equal to completion of 4 years of high school plus additional specialized courses or training is required.
  • Graduation from an approved Surgical Technology Program is required.
  • Certified Surgical Technologist credential administered by a nationally recognized surgical technologist certifying body accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies and recognized by the American College of Surgeons and the Association of Surgical Technologist within 12 months of graduation from program or within 6 months of hire if greater than 12 months from graduation.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support is required.
  • One (1) year of related work experience is preferred.
