The Identity Digital Business Intelligence team is responsible for the design and operation of our reporting and analytics platform as well as data analysis to guide and support business initiatives. We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with strong analytical and data visualization skills as well as proficiencies in SQL and analytic platform software. The successful candidate will be a well rounded data analyst with expertise in data analysis, visualization and data storytelling. The role requires critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills as well as strong communication skills and the ability to successfully work with cross functional internal customers

Responsibilities:

  Build dashboards and tell stories through data in Tableau/Thoughtspot

  
  
• 
  

  Collaborate with internal customers to track and measure business goals

  
  
• 
  

  Understand the business thoroughly so that you can help the Business units refine their analysis requests to achieve increase conclusive, accurate outcomes

  
  
• 
  

  Spearhead data analysis projects, communicating progress and outcomes with stakeholders

  
  
• 
  

  Participate in dashboard / data model performance optimizations

  
  
• 
  

  Interpret the results of analysis that answer the "so what" questions. Develop conclusions and recommendations based on data analysis that give the business units actionable outcomes.

  Develop analytics, forecasting and relevant data insights on business performance data

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred

  
  
• 
  

  A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis and data visualization

  
  
• 
  

  A minimum of 5 years of SQL experience, with fundamental knowledge of efficient query building

  
  
• 
  

  A minimum of 5 years working with a BI / data visualization software, with a preference to Tableau or Thoughtspot

  
  
• 
  

  Knowledge and experience working with statistical models, data warehousing, financial accounting, data modeling, machine learning and/or Python are a plus
