Identity Digital is seeking a results driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our (FP&A) Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Finance and will have exposure to all levels of the organization. This individual will provide insight into financial and operating drivers and play a critical role in advancing our understanding of the business and be a key contributor to Identity Digital. This position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to handle multiple competing priorities and to identify and analyze complex issues; focus on relevant information; understand and utilize metrics relevant to the role.

Core Responsibilities:

• Own the annual budget process in collaboration with functional departments using key performance metrics and business drivers.

• Lead monthly variance analysis along with owning the narrative on what happened, why it happened and how it changes perspective going forward.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Engineering teams to update and adjust assumptions that drive forecast models.

• Develop effective and collaborative working relationships across the organization

• Develop and maintain decision support and financial analysis models define appropriate level of data, depth and KPIs.

• Support and provide analytical guidance to pricing research and analysis.

• Continually challenge existing assumptions and provide thought leadership on how to improve or refine as necessary.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or another quantitative field; MBA, PE or Investment Banking experience preferred.

• A minimum of 3 plus years of professional experience; preferred in a technology or SaaS business

• Exceptional Excel skills

• Experience with NetSuite, Tableau and SQL

• Familiarity with Google productivity tools (gmail, docs, gdrive)
