Role: Community Teamwork is actively searching for two Financial Analysts to join the Finance and Accounting Team. Each of these roles will be fundamental in the financial performance within the Division to ensure current and future funding of program services. Role available for the following divisions:
Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Financial Analyst is responsible for developing, monitoring, and analyzing the Division's program and contract performance to ensure financial sustainability and achievement of program goals. This role will be fundamental in the financial performance within the Division to ensure current and future funding of program services. This role requires a strong understanding of nonprofit finance, budgeting principles and data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
