ABOUT THE JOB



  • Responsible for providing analysis of key procurement data, including bid analysis, spend and volume analysis, and compiling supplier scorecard data
  • Schedule and lead quarterly supplier scorecard reviews
  • Responsible for verifying graphics and specifications are accurate for proposed products as well as confirming supply is proposed from approved supplier sites
  • Upload and maintain accurate pricing information in JDE for all raw materials
  • Correct purchase order pricing as rate mismatches occur for the facility releases to suppliers
  • Initiate raw material item request for the organization and ensure that all data needed is provided upon the start of the raw material item creation process
  • Create reports as needed for the Category Manager and work closely with cross functional teams and supplier partners
  • Become a subject matter expert for Procurement regarding the vendor address book process, including answering questions and resolving issues
  • Act as the primary team member for new product requests or inquiries from other Wis-Pak team members
  • Creation, and modification as needed, of standard operating procedures

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, mathematics, or other quantitative discipline with 1 to 2 years of experience in sourcing, contracts, category management, financial and data analysis, or equivalent. Will be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. Previous experience with JD Edwards ERP and Power BI in the manufacturing industry is preferred. Must have the ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
