CLOW'S METAL CASTING FACILITY HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR A LAEMPE OPERATOR

1ST SHIFT POSITION

STARTING WAGE: $24.42; QUALIFIED WAGE: $25.06

HEALTH INSURANCE AVAILABLE AFTER 60 DAYS

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Stocking up pallets.
*Clean core parting line; repair voids; dip cores or paint with core wash.
*Palletize core by hand or with lifting device.
*Advance full pallet onto one of three conveyor lines.
*Other duties as assigned.
*General cleanup of work areas.

Requirements of this position include:
*Frequent lifting/carrying of up to 10 lbs, some lifting of up to 50 lbs.
*Overhead or above shoulder reaching required.
*Bending/ twisting/ and standing for greater than 8 hours.
*Ability to read and write and understand training and instruction.
*Ability to work in extreme heat.
*Must be able to utilize and work around moving machinery.
*Must be able to utilize proper PPE including: respirator, metatarsal guarded boots, eye protection, hearing protection, apron, gloves and sleeves.
