Director of Client Solutions Job Summary: A successful Director of Client Solutions (DCS) is our ambassador and team quarterback for a portfolio of key strategicaccounts. A Director of Client Solutionsis the team member with the primary accountability to acquire, nurture, retain, develop and grow large accounts within a targeted named list of Blanchard accounts, working in a highly collaborative and team-based manner. As a result, the DCS creates substantial value for all stakeholders (clients, colleagues and the company). Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the Director of Client Solutionsis a senior-level key account sales position, working from a home office within the Northeastern Region of the US. Director of Client SolutionsResponsibilities:
- Successfully achieve annual sales and profitability targets.
- Lead development and execution of account development plans.
- Effectively manage sales pipeline and expand business within designated high potential accounts.
- Use of a consultative selling approach to uncover client needs and promote the full scope of Blanchard products and services across a customers enterprise.
- Write effective sales proposals and discovery documents.
- Conduct virtual and face to face presentations with existing and prospective clients.
- Nurture relationships to ensure extraordinary customer experiences..
- Utilize CRM system to capture customer activities and manage pipeline that results in meeting and exceeding targets
- Strategically negotiate and cost management to ensure desired level of profitability.
- Partner with Blanchard solution architects, project managers, coaching team and facilitators on client delivery initiatives.
- Establish and maintain contact with senior executives in key accounts.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Advanced Degree a plus
- Minimum five years previous selling experience
- Previous record of attaining and exceeding sales goals.
- Demonstrated success selling to new/existing accounts
- Experience maintaining client accounts over a long period of time.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
