Available To New Grads

Our application questions provide you an opportunity to tell us the units for which you'd like to be considered.The following departments have openings for new graduates:

  • Med Surg: Clinical Observation, Telemetry, Medical, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma Surgical, Gen Surg, Oncology
  • Cardiac Intermmediate
  • Endoscopy
  • Operating Room
  • Psych

  • Emergency Department

  • Critical Care: Burn ICU, CVICU, Medical ICU, Neuro Trauma ICU

  • Stepdown: Cardiac Intermediate, Cardiac Surgical Intermediate, Neuro Trauma Intermediate

  • Rehab Hospital

Start Dates:

Start dates for new graduate RNs are weekly throughout the year. You must provide official transcripts from Nursing School prior to starting.

Incentives and Benefits for GNs:

  • Sign On Bonus for Med/Surg, Cardiac Intermediate, ED, OR, and Behavioral Health: $5,000 (Pay out $1,250 at 6mo, 12mo, 18mo, 24mo)
  • $7000 Relocation Assistance for full time only.
  • GN Loan Forgiveness Program to aid in paying off your RN student loan debt.
    • Up to $370 per month directly towards loan payments ($20,000 cap).
  • Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 annually for continuing education.
  • (Loan and Reimbursement combined total cap $20,000)
  • Shift differential $2.50 evenings/$4.20 nights
  • Weekend differential: $2.20
  • Health/Dental/Vision available 1st day

Qualifications:

  • Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
  • License: RN license in our state (must obtain within 90 days of graduation date)
  • Certifications: Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period.
  • Licensure: Must be eligible to take board of nursing exam.
  • Other: Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: Stand and walk most of the time on duty. Meet unit specific physical demands. Significant amount of bending and stooping, as well as lifting and turning patients with assistance. May be required to work differing schedules, shifts, days of the week, or work frequency according to patient care requirements. High risk exposure to blood and body fluids. Physical demands are attached plus push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs., pinch up to 15 lbs., kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally. Equipment Used: Unit Specific
