Posting Summary |
Rutgers Health is seeking a Research Associate
III for the Urban-Global Public Health Department within the School of Public Health, located in Newark, NJ. The Research Associate, under the supervision of the Program Director, will provide assistance for the Nurture New Jersey Evaluation project funded by the New Jersey Department of Human Services. The individual will work with professionals from multiple sectors on the indirect effects of Nurture New Jersey, crafting a model of New Jersey's trajectory on maternal health with and without the initiative, and assessing the expansion of midwifery training as well as other components that may be added at the request of the funder.
Duties include:
- Participates in the development of performance standards, selection of methodology and instrumentation and
- coordination of the analytical functions with the research areas to ensure conformance with the goals and objectives of the programs/projects.
- As assigned, carries out various technical and research operations relating to investigatory activities of Nurture NJ Evaluation.
- As required, assists in the implementation of the programs and projects in special areas of interest to the department.
- Conducts literature reviews and other research reviews.
- Conducts quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Creates presentation materials.
