Job Description

Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is seeking aInstallation Analyst IIto work on our client's site inSan Diego, CA.

The Installation Analyst II is responsible for conducting site assessments and surveys to determine installation requirements and collaborating with project teams to plan and execute the installation of hardware and software systems. This role involves analyzing installation data, troubleshooting issues, and developing and maintaining installation documentation. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and participate in project meetings to provide status updates on installation activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and surveys to determine installation requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute installations of hardware and software systems.
• Analyze installation data and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and maintain installation documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of installation materials.
• Participate in project meetings and provide status updates on installation activities.

Salary Range:$60,000 - $70,000 Yearly

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience supporting the installation of hardware and software products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining installation documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve installation-related issues quickly.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and vendors.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Must Have

• Active SecretClearance
• Proven experience in supporting the installation of hardware and software products.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide recommendations for installation improvements.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining installation documentation.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues promptly.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Professional certifications in installation or project management.
• Experience with large-scale hardware and software installations.
• Familiarity with industry best practices for installation and project management.
• Experience coordinating with multiple vendors and suppliers.
