Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Consultant with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Schedule of meetings and intense daily calendar management Screen & respond to incoming meeting emails: forward & respond pro-actively as appropriate Prepare executive for each day's meetings including daily calendar, assist in compiling and organizing documents and materials for meetings Accurately arrange complex, detailed and frequently changing travel plans and itineraries in Concur Expense processing in Concur Assist with various administrative aspects of the Leadership Team Assist other senior members of the leadership team when needed Assist key leaders in the organization in coordinating and managing of global team routines, events, and activities of the teams, etc. Order supplies, access requests, communications Plan, schedule and coordination of team events, and outings Requirements: 3 years administrative support with project management experience Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize daily tasks with project work as well as ad hoc requests Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as the technology needed to facilitate meetings and share documents with senior leaders and support partners (Telepresence, WebEx, SharePoint, etc.) Excellent attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to work with high degree of independence, filling in gaps where needed Professional integrity, confidentiality and team focus are essential Desired skills: Knowledge of systems including Concur, Ariba/eRequest, corporate travel services, myFacilities, visitor access system, Workday Very Strong Outlook Experience Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
