Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Responsible for technology deliverables and integration points Accountable for resolving blockers for the agile team (as a key partner in the planning and sprint process), by actively leading triages Coordinate and onboard all technical partners and serves as stand-in Change Manager, when needed, and effectively understand the feature costs by owning dispatch process in order to maintain accurate estimates Accountable for execution and integration with all enterprise standards for project delivery Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4 year experience in related field 4 years' experience in a business analyst role in agile environment Ability to effectively manage project delivery and collaborate with various technology partners and agile teams Experience in working on multiple projects at the same time Good time management skills; ability to set priorities, adapt to team needs and meet deadlines Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniques Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills Strong interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation and conflict-management skills Intermediate Word Intermediate Excel Desired skills: Good understanding of Agile Working experience in Agile tools like JIRA Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
