STV Constuction Management is seeking a Project Manager for the Southern Connecticut market. The candidate should have a strong history of experience representing owners on Higher Education and other types of capital projects. The Project Manager's overall objective is to build and maintain a positive client relationship, and to achieve or exceed the schedule, budget and quality requirements of the project. This is a full time in person position.
Required Skills:
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Light work: Lift up to 20 lbs. at a time and frequently lift or carry objects 10 lbs. or more. Standing-prolonged periods of time. Repetitive Motion-substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Close Visual Acuity-work includes data/figures; view a computer screen; extensive reading. Mobility around a job/construction site to include walking, bending, crawling, climbing, squatting, or kneeling and wearing of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
