Join Ecolab's industry leading Textile Care team as an Associate District Manager in the Northeast US region. You will make a positive impact on our commercial laundry customers as you provide expert consultation and solutions that improve linen quality, boost operating efficiencies and enhance sustainability. Reporting to a District Manager-Textile Care the Associate District Manager is responsible for assisting the District Manager in the achievement of the district sales and expense budget through the recruitment, hiring, training, motivation, and direction of regional Territory Managers.In partnership with the District Manager, they are responsible for developing Territory Managers within the region to ensure quality service, maintain and increase our customer base (primarily laundries - central, uniform rental, linen and distributors), and facilitate the achievement of Ecolab's financial objectives through ethical and sound business practices. Annual or Hourly Compensation Range: Total compensation range is $97,800 - $122,300. This position has base salary and is eligible for incentive compensation based on performance, per plan terms.Annual or Hourly Compensation Range is based on full-time 40 hours per week. Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range.
